Common questions
How do I share Nuvvi with the other parent?
- In Nuvvi, open Family and tap Share family.
- Send the invitation with Messages, Mail or any app in the share sheet.
- The other parent opens it on their iPhone and accepts with their Apple Account.
Both of you need to be signed in to iCloud (Settings › your name › iCloud). iCloud Family Sharing is not required, and there is nothing to register.
The other parent doesn’t see my entries
Check that both iPhones are signed in to iCloud and online. Each phone shows its state in Family: Synced, Syncing or Sync paused. Changes travel through iCloud, so they can take a moment to appear.
If it says Sync paused, open Settings › your name › iCloud and make sure iCloud is on and has free space.
The Live Activity doesn’t show on the Lock Screen
Make sure Live Activities are allowed in Settings › Nuvvi › Live Activities. To use them on a locked iPhone, also check Settings › Face ID & Passcode › Allow Access When Locked › Live Activities.
iOS ends a Live Activity after 8 hours. If the Lock Screen says Open app to finish, open Nuvvi and finish the entry there; nothing is lost.
How do I export my records?
Open Family › Export report, choose a period (last 7 days, last 30 days, all time or your own dates) and prepare the CSV and PDF. Then share either file with the share sheet.
Does Nuvvi give medical advice?
No. Nuvvi keeps a factual record. It does not give medical advice, predictions or care recommendations. For questions about your child’s health, talk to a doctor.
How do I delete my data?
See Deleting your data in the privacy policy.
